About John Best

I have been part of the fitness industry for 15 years, mostly working in the Bayswater, Notting Hill, and South Kensington area.

Johnbestsupersessions is a personal site to help you get into shape by providing personal one-to-one training in one of West London's most popular gyms. We specialise in outside park training, circuits, boxing, integrated movement patterns (2-3 exercises completed together) and efficient programming techniques, 
weight loss and gain, strength, flexibility, static (non movement patterns), functional training, postural assessment, super core stability workouts, strength, stamina and duration training for long distance running and dieting advice.
